Ever since I can remember I have always got a HOT WHEELS for X-mas
Even as a teenager,along with the proverbial "socks & underwear",
MOM always gave me a HOT WHEELS.She would say "Well your too old for
toys now!,but,I got you this anyways."Nowadays I give out HOT WHEELS
to my friends,my friends kids,the neighbor kids ,"TOYS FOR TOTS",and
of course myself.This was my X-mas gift.along with another computer.
I believe this is the fourth time in my life I got a Batmobile
buy 2 so you can take 1 out of the box

I bought this for $29.99 as an Amazon pre-sale and can't believe the price now! I bought it for my husband who all night was giving me the history of Batman and the Batmoble after it was delivered. He kept re-adjusting the car on different shelves so he could see it while we watched TV. I continue to be the great wife who buys great guy toys--so he tells me and all his friends. I only wish I would have bought more at the low price if only for the investment!! Great guy toy, great gift--I definately won points on this one!Customer Review: Attention, Batfans!

Batfans, it doesn't get much better than this! This is by far the most accurate version of the 1966 TV car that has ever been commercially available. It is everything the Aurora model should have been and wasn't. Practically everything is here, from the radio antenna in the back (for the mobile Batphone) to the gearshift lever behind the Batphone itself. It is humongous! At 1/18 scale, it is 11 inches long and about 4 inches wide. Where do you put something this big? It is a dream come true. Thanks Mattel!Customer Review: Decent replica for the price

I'd been waiting for the release of the 1966 TV Batmobile for quite a while. This was the basic version of the car - I believe there is an elite and prestige version. The proportions and detail on the car is quite good. Only criticism I have is the amount of flaws in the finish. A good polishing, buffing and wax improved the model's appearance. Considering quality diecast cars in this scale can easily be $100 or more, the $50 I paid for this probably limited run model is very reasonable.Customer Review: "To the batmobile"

Hot wheels has done a good job on this model. The car looks and displays great. The one thing that is curious is the range of fluctuation in the price from day to day. Fortunately I got mine at the lower end of the range, then yesterday I found that the local Toys R Us had a dozen of them in stock for 29.99. I wanted a second one so that worked out great. It would definately be advantageous to check that resource out before paying anywhere from $50 to over a $100 for one.
