I can't believe this thing has such high reviews.... because of that, I added it to my wishlist for Christmas for my 2 girls, thinking it was perfect with the 2 styling heads. I just saw the review that it does not have makeup, which was a major disappointment as well... Other than that, after you have added the gel and styled it, you are finished. The hair is tangled and the gel is a mess. It is very expensive for such a small amount of fun (if any). I can't believe it has such high reviews.Customer Review: Save Your Money

These styling heads are such a waste of money. I bought this for my two girls for Christmas. They've only played with these once so far and have not asked for them again. I'm 40 years old and used to have one of these Barbie heads when I was a young girl. They have not improved them at all in the last 30 years. The hair came tangled out of the box and when I brushed the hair, it fell out everywhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY - NOT WORTH THE $45 THAT I PAID.

This is one of the worst toys I have ever purchased. There is absolutely NO way to brush or comb the hair -- it is too tangled and untangling it only causes it to fall out. In addition, both heads are attached to the box with a plastic 'tag holder' that comes out of each head -- it is absolutely impossible to remove this holder and there is no choice but to cut it, leaving a sharp end which could easily hurt a child. This toy was well received by my nieces. They enjoyed combing and fixing the dolls' hair and the hair stood up to quite a bit of brushing the first few hours of use during my visit. They jewels to decorate the dolls' tops where nice but I think the toy could have come with a few more hair accessories(barrets,hair bands, combs and the like) as the toy is mostly about fixing the dolls' hair is it not? I would have given it 5 stars if it had.Customer Review: Big hit

I got this for my 3 and 5 year old nieces for Christmas. It was a big hit and they played with it for hours. I didn't realize that it does not come with make-up. It does come with hair accessories and gel, but what my nieces really wanted to do was apply makeup. I gave them some of my old makeup and problem solved. If you are buying this for a little girl who likes to play with makeup, just be aware that this does not come with it.
