Customer Review: Just shake it right

I bought two of these Eight balls before I read any reviews, and I was apprehensive when they arrived because by then I had read all the comments saying that they do not work, that the answers do not display because the cube thingy is stuck on a side or that the liquid is too dark. The first day I could not get it to read right and I was discouraged, but then my 4 year old son wanted to see how it worked and I showed him, and voila, it worked. I figured out that it has to do with how you shake it. It is a gentle backwards-forwards shake with the lense away from you. Everytime now, it shows an answer, clearly. If I shake it up and down, it doesn't work. I tried it with both, and they both work. Everytime. Apparently I will win the Lottery, but the date is not clear as yet!Customer Review: Oracle for Modern Plastic Living

My friends and I once took an entire roadtrip on advice from a Magic 8-Ball. "Should we drive to New Orleans?" elicited the answer "It Is Certain" from the mystical powers of chaos that control the twenty-sided oracle inside this little ball of wonder. You can use it to shed light on any indecisive moment, and it comes espcially in handy on a portable keyring.One hint - most of the answers it can supply are positive, so be sure to ask it leading questions in the appropriate direction! (If a little black ball of plastic can be such a powerful dispenser of karmic control, shouldn't we have a little say in the matter too?)

Little can be said to describe this product. It's a classic toy of fortune-telling. Mine predicted that Bush would (sigh) win the second term in office, so it may be telling the truth when you answer the question. It also predicted that Obama and McCain would win the primaries, and Obama would win the whole thing, but we'll see about that. It's on my desk, and words cannot describe how awesome it is.
My only grudge? after a while, bubbles form inside the ball and obscure the view of the predictions. I know it was cheap, but I just wish that it was better built than to allow bubbles to form. Wait, does that mean there is a leak in the ball? Oh man. Quality control, Mattel, quality control!

I got this for christmas. I didnt really play with it. Once i asked it if my cat was going to scrath my brother it said it is certian then like a minute later my cat started scrathing my brother. Me and my brother thought that was wierd then after that when my brother was on the computer i asked if the computer would stop working and it said without a doubt. Then the computer kept saying stack overload then shutdown. I thought it was weird. My brother thought it was scary.
overall 4/5 it hasnet given me any bad luck.
I dont know if yours will predict the future right. The only way to find out is to buy it.
P.S I asked it if it could predict the future it said yes.

I've always been skeptical about this stuff until now!
One day, I decided to toy around with it, almost testing it by asking it obvious questions. When I asked "Am I a bo," it said yes, when I asked if I was a girl, it said no. When i asked if it was 2005, it said yes.When I asked if the Yankees won the World Series in 2004 it said no. Now here is the question that made me a true believer: WhenI asked "Blah, Blah, Blah,Blah?" it said Concentrate and ask again as if it understood that I wasn't really asking a question! Totally weird. Use this to solve many problems. I'm suprised it's only considered a toy!. Plus, unlike Ouija Boards , no bad spirits will enter your house!
