I bought regular packaging and thought I would never get this toy unpacked.
Personally, I agree with other reviewers who feel this toy is over-priced, but I felt that way about quite a few toys this season.
My daughter likes the toy and that's what counts.
We haven't really figured out all of the features yet, but I'm encouraged that other reviewers say that it works.
Even though I am under-impressed by the toy, I do appreciate the no mess aspect of it.

My 2 year old doesn't seem to like it as much as I thought she would. She played with it about 1-2 days because I was bragging but then she threw it in the toy box and never cares to get it out. It does everything like it says and seems very durable. The vanity pieces never stayed on so they got lost somewhere. I dont think my daughter liked that her baby was moving her head and looking at her. She acted a little creeped out =] but an older child might like it..Customer Review: mommy gotta go doll

My 4yr old daughter loved it. The fact that the sensors pick up when the tooth brush or cup are on her lips amazes my little girl. It is a cute doll with cute gadjets that encourage hand washing after using the bathroom. We found her a riot. My only request is that it would come with a pair of pants as well as underwear. When my daughter takes her out she doesn't want to have her in underwear alone. It was what we expected completely. Good buy.

This doll is a XMas gift to my grandaughter and I am very pleased with the whole thing. The wrapping was removed quickly (by me) and given without anything interference with immediate use. Even if I had left it as it came it would have been easy for her to remove what was there. I didn't get this to be educational but, rather, for her to have fun with. We purchased this for Christmas for our 5 year old who repeatedly saw commercials for it and had to have it. She is adorable and sturdy, but I agree with other reviewers that her "bathroom" could be more stable. She talks and moves and is fun, but I confess the five year old has not done much with her since Christmas week, so time will tell regarding its popularity. I did like the Amazon "no fuss" packaging though, which saved money and time.
