Customer Review: GirlTect Stylin' Studio is TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY!

My daughters got this for Christmas. I run Windows Vista Home Premium on our home computer. I am an expert computer user. It is my business. I have been using them for 20+ years.
I put in the CD, it installed properly. I plugged in the camera/tablet when it told me to and it seemed to complete successfully. When you go to select the camera to take a picture within the software, the little face window where your face is supposed to appear live from the camera just comes up filled with red. It will not take a picture.
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled.
I tried uninstalling and just plugging the camera in. Vista identifies the camera and loads the USB driver for it. Then I tried to reinstall again. Same thing. Red screen, no pictures.
The support website doesn't even have a support forum for Stylin' Studio, even though it is prominently displayyed on their home page. The only post in the Community Forums recommends a couple of flash settings but they didn't help.
This product is non-functional. It is defective from the outset. It doesn't work. Support is non-existant.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It will not work, you won't get any support and you will just end up taking it back to the store.
