Customer Review: A fun twist on Pictionary
Summary: 5 Stars

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
I finally pulled this out and took it to a relatives house for a birthday gathering. Having the body added some fun, though several player resorted to the flat block for most of their drawings. For most of the clues we played, the age of 14+ is pretty much right on since our younger players were stumped. The fifteen year olds seemed to enjoy it as much as the adults. After some of the passes we would think about a better way to draw. Pretty much everyone was stumped on the item for "The Andy Dick Show", though there was a bit of giggling over how to get one of the words (younger players left by then). I presume this is as fun as regular Pictionary, without having to have separate cards, timer, and drawing surface, though you do need a dry erase marker (2 included) and a cloth to clean the surface after each round (also included). Purists may not like it, but it could be a way to introduce to a new group.

Customer Review: Harder than it looks!
Summary: 3 Stars

We got this game for Christmas and just played it for the first time over the weekend. It was fun but much more difficult than we anticipated.

Although the packaging shows examples that not only are easy to draw but also are very nicely drawn, that wasn't our experience at all. I reminded me of Play-Doh packaging that shows all of those perfectly sculpted creations that just aren't reality for the average person.

Some of the typical clues we had to "draw" included CREMATOR, BEETLEJUICE, WEEDS & TORN CURTAIN. The timer gives 90 seconds to draw it out on the three pieces--time for rough sketching at best. There's also something called the Challenge Round that had such confusing instructions that we skipped it (just turned Pictionary Man off and back on each time that round came).

That said, there were some fun clues and some fun had by all of us trying to draw. It's recommended for ages 14+, which I would definitely stick with. I played it with three teens.

Overall, Pictionary Man is a great concept. Maybe we'll get better (or more creative) and enjoy it more over time.

Customer Review: FAMILY FUN!
Summary: 5 Stars

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
Electronic Pictionary Man Game is a fun addition to the Pictionary family. Pictionary has been a family favorite at our house for years. Electronic Pictionary Man Game simply adds new elements to an already fun game - like the ability to have Pictionary Man act out certain actions and a 3-D drawing surface.

Electronic Pictionary Man Game comes with 2 props, plus Pictionary Man himself. It also includes a scoreboard, 2 dry erase markers and an eraser cloth. Batteries are required, but not included.

Electronic Pictionary Man Game has an easy to use electronic interface, located on the bottom of Pictionary Man's foot. The timer is built inside Pictionary Man and is automatically started when the next round begins.

Electronic Pictionary Man Game is innovative, fun, and a welcome addition to our family game cache!

Customer Review: Funless and disappointing
Summary: 2 Stars

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
As a technology-loving person, I was intrigued on what promised to be a fun and new way of approaching the fun game of Pictionary. I was disappointed to say the least. This electronic version of Pictionary seems poorly conceived. A white plastic figure and "magic" pens that one can use to draw clues. An electronic clue-giving window seems kinda cool. Unfortunately, as my teenage daughter and her three friends reported, the clues are hard to draw -- and, worse, there is absolutely no connection to the plastic figure on which one is supposed to draw. It all feels rather ...random.

This is one case where the non-electronic version of the game seems like a whole lot more fun than the electronic version. There is, really, no reason that I can think of to spend the extra money for the electronic version of the game!

Customer Review: Creative twist on the original Pictionary
Summary: 4 Stars

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
The Electronic Pictionary Man Game is a lot of fun for those who enjoy creative games.

The game comes with three props to help players answer clues - A large plastic "man," a small round object, and a larger rectangular object. Players draw on these objects to help their team mates guess the clue. The clues appear on the man's feet and the first clue I was given was "rocket man."

With clues like the one above, the game is challenging and I had fun playing it with a large group.

There are just two quirks that prevent me from giving this product 5 stars. First, the battery compartment is held in place by a screw. Why not just use a snap enclosure? Also, the price point seems a bit high. Other than these two small issues, I highly recommend the game.
