Customer Review: Cute but misleading

I got this toy for my 2 1/2 year old Little Mermaid lover. The first disappointment was when we got it home. Despite claims all over the box that Ariel and Flounder are included, our box did not have them in it. We called Mattel, only to be told they don't stock replacement parts for this toy. What fun is a Ariel bath castle without Ariel??? We didn't want to return it to the store because we know they'll just throw away the castle so we played with it anyway. The suction cups on the back don't hold the toy up for more than 2 minutes and it pops off into the tub so my daughter can't really play with it anyway. It's a lot smaller than it looks (and the packaging suggests). The most fun my daughter has had with it is that it fits nicely in a dishpan so she can play with some of her other small toys with it and put them down the slide. It's too bad. It looks like the Ariel and Flounder would have been fun to play with even without the castle but I guess we'll never know. Save your money and get something else.
