We bought this as a Christmas present for our son, so we have yet to open it. I just wanted to let people know that if they do order this from Amazon it arrives in a big box marked TOYS D-REX on it. When ours got here my boys were with me and I had to do some VERY quick thinking to not spoil his Christmas present. D-REX Interactive Dinosaur
My grandson and his dad had a ball playing with it after they opened it. The different modes that are selectable with the "bone" remote make this toy do endless things. It made a great a great gift for Christmas. I even had a little fun with it before we wrapped it.

Upon speaking to Santa, my 7-year-old son could only remember one toy on the list he'd given me...D-Rex. Even though he received numerous toys on Christmas morning, D-Rex was the first one he spotted. D-Rex was the main one he played with. "D-Rex is my best toy of all," he said. It is now almost two weeks after Christmas...and he still plays with D-Rex...unlike some of his other toys.Customer Review: Kind of cool, but not THAT great

This was fun... for about 30 minutes. The animation and reactions are remarkable, and the dino really does "guard" an area, and come to you when called. Just be sure there are no other noises around to compete with your voice. He is kind of fun for when my daughter's friends come over and to chase the dog with. I had got this for my son's big christmas gift. My son is only six but this was one of the best gifts that we had ever bought him. And almost one year later Dino is still a hit at out house and he has been lots of places with us and my son loves him. Dino is a pet that sleeps all night and you don't have to clean up a mess after him which is nice.
