Um, I think I'm reading the price correctly at $70??? What kind of message are we sending our kids when we spend money like that for a small plastic toy?? It's not even for the whole house! Perhaps the children should be making the furniture for their houses for just a few dollars? Where is the creativity? The anticipation of finding new fabrics and doo-dads? Recycling boxes and so on? Things have sure changed a lot since I was a little girl in love with fashion dolls. And don't get me wrong, I got Barbie stuff a lot as a kid, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't NEAR $70 for a sofa and coffee table. Whew, thanks for letting me vent. That price just HAS to be a typo or something...
