I purchased these after reading other's reviews - it seems that we are talking about an entirely different toy!! No amount of powdered sugar could coax the marshmallows out of the guns - they would jam repeatedly. My eight and six year old grandsons were extremely disappointed and quit trying to get them to work after many frustrating attempts. And, by the way, three adults also made attempts to load and fire these and they couldn't get them to operate without jamming constantly. I consider these a complete waste of my money.Customer Review: Very Disappointing

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to buying 8 of these. We took the shooters out on Christmas day, loaded them up for a marshmallow fight and on the first fire, the marshmallow got jammed. We tried four of the guns and the same thing happened. I called the company direct and they were absolutely no help. They offered to replace them. I asked why I would want a replacement when everyone I've tried doesn't work? They also do not offer to pay for me to ship the defective product back.Customer Review: horrible product, does not work

I purchased two of these for my son's 5th birthday. We put the tiny marshmallows in and it shot a couple of them and stopped. We went online to the reviews to see if there were any helpful hints. After washing out the tubes and drying them thoroughly, we put marshmallows dipped in powdered sugar, the barrel jammed up. We have not used these at all. We even tried "dried" marshmallow that set out air drying for a day or so, it didn't work. We are selling these at a garage sale:(Customer Review: sticky mess

I bought this for my nephews. I thought they would have a ton of fun with it. We followed all the directions and used good marshmallows with it and within the first few shots the guns were blocked by sticky residue from the marshmallows shot before. We ended up just throwing them away because it was to hard to clean up. We went and got them nerf guns the next day. The boys were really excited about the whole concept but even they agreed that it was lame after the first few minutes.Customer Review: Big FAILURE!

I bought 4 shooters for a second-grader's Birthday party. 3 of them shot only around 3 marshamllows, then all quit. Tried greasing one with oil (like another review recommended) and failed. Tried powdering another with cornstarsh for more "sliding", and failed. Then rings and washers started to fall off, and the 4rth shooter pulled apart at the grip handle everytime you tried to fire! This is about the worse toy failure I've ever encountered.
