Communication:

i-Que is a highly interactive fellow that features voice recognition technology and actually learns by your voice. He has an innovative text to speech function that allows him to speak millions of words - even in different accents and themes. You can have a two-way conversation with him. He remembers what you say to him and can use it the next time you "talk." With a Merriam- Webster's Dictionary in his database, he has about 80,000 words and definitions stored. And it only takes a half second for him to search for a specific word. Looking for information' I-QUE has about 3,000 important, interesting or amusing history events stored in his memory - all stored by Encyclopedia Britannica.

I-QUE is a mobile robot and can go anywhere in your house. He can even find his way out of a corner. When it runs out of steam, it automatically recharges itself. He even includes a self-contained "blackberry" communicator inside, allowing him to know the dates on a calendar, your friends, favorite activities and more. Expandable cartridges (sold separately) make him an expert in tons of areas.

A device similar to a Blackberry lets you communicate with your i-Que remotely, plus allows the robot to track personal information.

But the 16-bit microprocessor also allows the robot to expand its knowledge base with personal interaction. Using speech recognition, the toy can identify its owner's voice, have a two-way "conversation," retain new words, and even mimic accents. An included communicator similar to a Blackberry lets you text the i-Que from a remote location in the house and receive response. This device docks on the robot and lets it learn personal information about you, such as your birthday, friends' names, your calendar of events, and more.

The battery-operated i-Que uses twin motors and track balls to easily navigate flat surfaces, is able to work itself out of corners, ducks as it passes under low tables or chairs, and is smart enough to not go over edges of counters, stairs, or other drops. When it starts to run low on power, the robot guides itself back to its docking station to recharge. While he has trivia topics such as sports, animals, history, and more right out of the box, additional cartridges are sold separately on subjects including space, geography, and the human body.
