Toys and Games Reviews of Manhattan Toy WinkelCustomer Review: Great toy for on the go Summary: 5 Stars
Our daughter received this at 11 months old and at 18 months still plays with it all the time. I usually give it to her to play with in the car as it's something that it's okay if she throws, drops or chews on, but mostly she likes to bend it and she it (the center rattles when you do so). We also often take it into restaurants as it's a nice quiet toy to keep her entertained if needed and I have had a number of people comment and ask where we got it. I would definitely buy one for other little ones I know.
Customer Review: WEIRD toy but niece finds it interesting Summary: 5 Stars
My niece seems more interested in playing with my "toys" than she does with hers. So when I look for toys to buy her I like to find things that are unusual or weird in some way. This is a VERY weird looking toy. It has multi-colored plastic loops going every which way! Also has an unusual core that little hands can try to get to. This is one of the few toys my niece will actually stop and take a look at. It feels well built yet pliable so it is perfect for the little ones to play with and put in their mouth.
Customer Review: LOVE this toy! Summary: 5 Stars
My 3-month old daughter received this toy as a hand-me-down gift and just LOVES it!!! I recently brought it to a play date and my friends 5-month old loved this toy so much, she went and bought it also! There are no loud noises (which is great for us parents!) and it is very easy for babies to grab onto. My daughter constantly has it in her mouth and loves to "talk" to it...we call it her "talking toy". I am buying a back up just in case something happens to the one I have now. Definitely get this toy!
Customer Review: Great design, but a little heavy Summary: 3 Stars
Our friend bought this as a gift for our 3 month old. The design is great for your child's hands and can be easily grasped. The plastic rings are fun to bend & stretch and the center cube offers a slight rattle sound. It could also be refrigerated and used as a teething toy. The only problem we have is it's a little heavy and can be difficult to pass from one hand to another. Our child likes to handle his Oball better because it's lighter weight, but will probably enjoy this toy more when he's older.
Customer Review: Great for Special Needs Summary: 5 Stars
My seven month old has had this toy for about a month now and loves it. He has some special needs, two of which affect his play are distal arthogryposis and far-sightedness. He can easily see the bright colors, and even though he clenches his hands partially, this toy is very easy for him to grab onto and bring up to his face. He loves chewing on this toy. There are no detachable parts so he can safely chew on it. He also can toss this toy since it's light weight and easy to grab. Amazing toy!
