I found one of these for a friend on clearance in a store for only about $[...]. I had no idea at the time what a great price this was. A few months later my friend related that her daughter loved her doll and I started looking for two for my twins. Finally, I forked over the full price for the girls' Christmas gifts at 14 months. The girls and I love these dolls. They are simple but very well made and soft. The bodies are chunky and adorable, with the cutest belly buttons. We haven't lost the pacies yet and the girls love them since they also have pacifiers. Our one problem is that the loose stiches holding the headbands on came off. Now the girls can't manage to put them on and that frustrates them. I wish that the accessories were less expensive, but I do love the dolls!!!Customer Review: Precious Baby Stella

I was looking to find a gift for my 20month old granddaughter. I am so glad I searched on Amazon and found Baby Stella. She is the softest,most cuddly doll I've seen. The magnetic pacifer is the cutest idea. It makes the doll more unique than the doll's with pacifers which fit into a hole in the doll's mouth. When my granddaughter just places the pacifer close to her mouth, it will automatically connect and to see the expression on her face. I also ordered the diaper pack and the food pack, but she doesn't seem to be interested in those items at this time. That will come in the near future. Everything seems to be made of fine quality cloth. The bottle also magnetically attaches to the baby's mouth. I couldn't be happier and I suggest Baby Stella to any toddler girl.Customer Review: I love this doll!

My daugther just turned 2 and I bought her the Baby Stella doll with the backpack. I wasn't sure if she'd like this doll since she's accustomed to plastic headed dolls. However, she LOVES Stella, especially the pacifier. Sadly, she lost the pacifier within a day. I'm a bit disappointed that replacement pacifiers aren't available as single purchases. I suggest tying the pacifier to Stella's outfit (I wish we would have). Perhaps Manhatten Toy will come up with a pacifier clip.
Regardless, this is a wonderful, cuddly and adorable doll. I love Stella's design, and her accessories are so cute!...future gifts are easy for family and friends. I'm not sure who loves this doll more, me or my daughter! I highly recommend it and think the [...] price tag is worth it.

The doll is adorable right? Well, too bad, you can't have her. They don't make her anymore and if you buy her you will get the regular baby Stella with the pink and lime green outfit with the flower on it and no headband. Yes, the same one you could get for $18 cheaper had you just ordered it in the first place. So if you want the Baby Stella doll, get the cheaper one and it is worth it. Cute doll, very well made, would get alot of love from a little child. Just don't order this one like I did and get ripped off. (Yes, I contacted the company and they refunded some of my money, but they couldn't refund all that shipping I paid). They said they were removing this link so others wouldn't end up in the same boat I did, but so far, they haven't so beware.Customer Review: Stella Rocks!

I absolutely agree with the other reviewer that I find most other dolls creepy, but not Stella. She's sweet, adorable, detailed, well-made, washable, in short, everything you could ask for in a doll. My 2 and 1/2 year old can take her to bed and she's soft and cuddly. I would like to get rid of all our plastic-headed gimmicky babies like the Chou-chou that never stops crying and just keep Stella. Rather than losing interest in this doll, my daughter plays with it more now than when she first got it six months ago as a gift. We've made a point of taking care of Stella, and she'll likely become an heirloom, rather than something I can't wait to get rid of at my yard sale.
