Customer Review: Neo-Classic toys for the little car builder in all of us

I have waned to buy these for a long time, but I fought the urge until my son was old enough. He absolutely loves these. They may not have electronic noises, flashing lights or even laser, but what they do have is good old imaginative play mechanics.
They are well made and should last for as long as he wants to play with them. I am considering getting another set so that he can create more of his own car-creations.

My daughter got it for her 4th birthday. She LOVES it! She can change tires, she can make combinations from the three cars. She just loves them. So much that she now has different ones on her wishlist.
I have since been giving them to many children and they too have loved it.
They are a durable wood, which isn't easy to break. The ties come off easily and are easy to lose, but you get spare ones.

We bought these for our son when he was about 2.5 yrs. and he has really enjoyed playing with them. He's now 3 and we have purchased a second mini set, so he can do even more. They are excellent for developing fine motor skills, act as a puzzle, and yet allow for some creativity as well. They are very well made. Have given them as gifts for boys ages 2-5 and always well recieved. Worth every penny!

My 4 yr old loves cars and building things, so I thought this would be a hit. It just never captured his attention. One of the wheels popped off immediately - while I was getting it out of the box - and it has never stayed on since. I thought maybe size was a problem (too small) but he loves his matchbox cars, so that's not it. And I think the larger sizes are a bit pricey. No more automoblox for us.Customer Review: Great Toy

This toy is perfect for little boys who love to take things apart and rebuild their own creation! This is the first time I have ever purchased Automoblox. They had great reviews, but I was still leary if my son was going to like them. That is another reason why I bought the mini's instead of the orginial sized large ones. They have great durability! My son plays with them for hours!
