My son, who's almost 3, loves these cars. The first time he played with them he spent almost an hour just taking the wheels off and switching them around between the three cars. He started using his imagination about why the tires needed to be changed and what happened to the cars. I think he is going to get a lot of use out of them, and I think they will grow with him for the next year or two. I would definitly recommend these toys, and am thinking about buying him another mini one for Christmas.Customer Review: Seems well made, but Made In China - NOT Germany

I got these for my almost 4year old son for Christmas and he loves them. But, I was disappointed to see the dreaded 'Made in China' sticker on the bottom. It was my understanding that I had purchased a German toy. As I re-read the fine print, I realize the wood is made in Germany. are you kidding me? So, they chopped down a tree in Germany, whittled it down and sent it to China for some God knows what coated plastic to be added to it? A disappointment.Customer Review: My son LOVES this toy

I gave this present to my 4-year old son and 4-year old nephew for Christmas. It was definitely the favorite present under the tree. They both played with their Automoblox way more than any other present.
The pieces are small, so you have to be careful around other little kids. It is also easy to lose pieces, but the set does come with four extra wheels.
I would definitely purchase this product again. Very cool toy!

Bought these for my 3 yr old cousin for b'day present. He loves being able to make a "new" car again and again. They have lots of action; move fast on hardwood floors. Great for small and large "motor" skills. There's enough parts to share without argument with his brother, also. I know it's a good toy since it was what he played with all morning the day after he received them. I think the wood and plastic surfaces feel very nice as well.Customer Review: The HIt of Christmas!

Of all the toys my son (3 years old) received for Christmas, this was the hit! He even received a four wheeler, Monty Rex dinosaur, and Imaginext toys and this has been the biggest draw. I couldn't resist and went online at Amazon and ordered a few more. The concept seems so simple yet powerful and since he received at Christmas I have watched him pull these cars apart, put in different configurations, and start over numerous times.
