Customer Review: Entertaining workshop for young child

My son who is 2 years old recieved this as a x-mas gift. At first i was suprised to see how small it actually is once it's put together. i believe the reccomended age is 3-7 (9?). Right now it's just a little bigger then my 2 year old and shorter then my 4 year old. I can't really seeing older boys enjoying it as much due to it's small size. With that said I do enjoy the low center of gravity it has and my son has yet to knock it over which i was worried about with other models. My son also has a hard time flipping the bench from the car side to the tool side, he can't do it yet without assistance (it takes one person to pull the lever out and the other person to flip the bench). He LOVES all the lights and noises it makes. He loves all the tools that came with it. Beware, there are a ton of screws / nails etc, you'll be finding them all over your house! He also really enjoys working on the car project and taking the tires off and on and the hood and engine off an on. Whenever my husband pulls out one of his tools to work around the house my son immediatly runs and gets his tools to help. We also bought him a tool box (homedepot) to store some of his tools in, so he really like to use both!
