I had never heard of the Fluxx games before, but when I saw the Monty Python version, I had to check it out. After reading multiple good reviews on Amazon, I decided to take a chance on it as a gift for my husband. Glad I did, because my whole family enjoyed playing it (after figuring out the slightly-hard rules) and then we shared with friends who also loved it. In fact, the 15-year old son of our friends who didn't know anything about Python is now quoting "Holy Grail" and watching his borrowed copy of the movie endlessly! It was an inexpensive way to please a crowd, and I am glad I purchased the "expansion pack" of cards because they added more interest to the game.
