I saw my daughter playing with this at her pre-school. So, we bought a set for home & she love's it. The only thing is the bowling ball is made of hard plastic....I would think that at this age, maybe a softer rubber ball would be just as effective for hitting the pins and less dangerous if a young person decided to use it as a projectile...Customer Review: Great active fun

This was a terrific gift for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. She is now 3 and she and her 19 mo. sister have a blast with this. Best used on a non-carpeted floor or carpet with low pile. Sometimes just running around with the colorful pins is a good game, too. :-) Worth the money.Customer Review: Great Bowling Set!!

We got this set for our 2 1/2 year old for Christmas. He loves it! I was worried that he would want to play with the little balls inside, but he never tried to. He's really good at setting up the pins and rolling the ball. It was a great gift for him.Customer Review: Look out, here it comes!

My only complaint is with the bowling ball. It is a hard plastic ball. It is extremely loud as it slams onto the floor. If not used with caution, it can cause harm to people and objects. A ball of a different material would make this a much better set.Customer Review: Immediate fun!

Christmas gift for 4 year old boy who is part of an actual bowling league. This item was opened and played with immediately. He became creative and set pins in positions other than "normal" and had great fun.
