We bought this rocking puppy for my son's 1st birthday. He loves to ride it. He has a hard time getting on all by himself because he is not walking yet (just standing) but he likes to ride it and can make it rock by himself. He can also get off of it just fine without falling and getting hurt. He also loves pushing it all around the floor. His almost 3 year old brother just loves it too. He can really get it rocking! It will rock and slide across our carpet and tile floors and he thinks that is a blast. It is very sturdy and he hasn't been able to tip it over while riding it. It is also light weight enough so that when he tips it over while not on it it doesn't seriously injure any little hands or feet that it may land on.Customer Review: Excellent price, extremely durable and tons of fun

My 16 month old daughter first spotted this toy at the daycare center at our local YMCA and was immediately glued to it. We couldn't pry her off of it. I check all of our local toy stores before finding it on Amazon. I couldn't believe the price, I expected it to be at least $50. Once we received the toy, it assembled in minutes. Contrary to the instructions (which are minimal) tools weren't really necessary. There were no decals or stickers to adhere to the toy, everything was already in place. The toy is very light so it's easy to transport up and down the stairs. It's extremely durable and well made. My daughter flies pretty fast on this thing and has yet to tip it over (forwards or backwards).Customer Review: Rockin' Blue Doggie!

We've got 2 1+ grand kids we watch every day and as a grandpa I needed to find a new toy, this was it. This one is in the daycare area and I can honestly say it gets used on a daily basis. It was a little slow going at first but after they got the hang of it man do they go!
As with all Little Tikes products we've bought it's very well made. None of the pieces have come off (or have been pulled off) which is impressive. When used on the carpet they can really get around the room for sure. Once they master getting on and off and holding on and keeping their feet off the ground and on the doggy they truly can go wild on this.

My son received this gift for his first birthday. He loves it. He can get on and off without help and loves to rock back and forth when we tell him to rock em'. It is low enough to the ground that you do not have to worry about them falling off. He loves the big nose and ears. The only problem he has with it, is the fact that the toy is so light when he goes to get on it, it slides across the carpet. He eventually figures it out. This toy is great. We were going to get him a hobby horse and found that they were really expensive and did not know if our son was ready. This is perfect and the price is great. I was unsure if my 12-month-old niece would like this puppy rocker due to no electronic buttons or devices for phrases and/or songs, but she actually used her imagination and made up her own songs and phrases as she rocked on it with a great big smile and continues to do so at least once a day.My 2 girls (2-1/2 and 4) loved this so much, I actually purchased one for them too even though the recommended age is up to 3 years. They too make up their own phrases and songs while they rock on it with great big smiles. It makes me happy to see my kids happy with this toy, it's durability and design, and that it allows kids to use their imaginations.
