bought this mower in 03 from Amazon and my kids to this day still use it for pretend play. For the first year it was soley an inside toy but now even after years of being out in the yard it is still in great shape!
Was well worth the money for our family we have had several mowers and this is the only one left.
Very durable toy yes it is a bit louder than others out there but if bought as an outside toy not really too noticable

We received this toy from a neighbor. My two year old daughter really enjoys it. We compared this to the bubble making lawn mower toy and the playskool one and found this Mulching Mower more durable, less likely to tip backwards and of course, with no messy bubbles, better for parents and clean up. The popping noise is not annoying like I thought it would be (like that popcorn push toy is), so overall it is a good toy for boys or girls.Customer Review: This is a great toy!

I bought 2 of these toys as a replacements for the Dollar Store variety that my boys ages 2 and 3 liked so much they actually drove so much they they broke them. This Mower is better built than its $5.00 counterpart I had previously. It also has a better color scheme. My boys love to push them inside the house or out. They have been a great addition to my toy collection and my boys like them a lot. I would recommend highly.Customer Review: Beware...pictured item is NOT what is available

Not only has the color changed again, this time to yellow & red, but there is no more "confetti" flying around the mulching compartment to view. Only a corn popper effect, which you can only see if you are in front of the mower!! This will cause you toddler to fall over as he leans forward to watch the balls. The item described/pictured was much better - and nobody warns you that a different item will ship.Customer Review: WARNING - SAFETY HAZZARD!

My one year old daughter was playing with this mower when it flipped out from under her because of the light weight on the handle. She now has a broken forearm and a cast for 6 weeks right before Christmas!
This toy should have warnings all over it about the tendancy to flip upside down with children trying to hang on to it. Please be careful and spare yourself the grief that we are gowing through.
