We have had this picnic table for 2 1/2 years and it has been outdoors in the elements the entire time. The table itself has held up beautifully and is in great shape. It has not faded AT ALL even being in direct sunlight and is still as sturdy as ever and is very easy to clean with Clorox wipes. We have 3 young boys ages 5 and under, and they all use it, so it has been through a lot of abuse! The umbrella was a different story. It didn't last very long at all, perhaps a year and is NOT intended to be left outdoors when not in immediate use. It faded very quickly and frayed, then finally tore. No worries though, we just replaced it with a small beach-type umbrella and it works well.Customer Review: Great table//Poor shipping

The table and umbrella are a great staple is every child's life. This one is intended for my niece for Christmas. I expect her and her unborn sibling(s) if she has any to have years of fun with this table. The shipping was fairly rough on the box and will require some major taping so I can wrap it for her.
Buy it!!
Update: Obviously Christmas has past. My niece loved her table. For a month straight she wouldn't do anything unless it was on her table. Dinners in the garage turned playroom, drawing, changing her baby's diaper, she even uses it as a dancing platform--go figure--crazeee child!

I had been looking for a used Little Tikes picnic table for some time, finally decided to buy a new one for my grandson's birthday. My other grandchildren have one which is five years old and it is used daily, inside and outside on the deck. They love it.
My 3-year old grandson insisted on setting it up in the living room, complete with the umbrella open. Kids feel like this is their own special table for eating or art projects; just the right size for them, too. Based on experience, I know this is a great product, very durable, long-lasting, and good quality for the price.

I was not sure at first when I ordered. I have 5.5 grandchildren and needed space for holidays and for outdoors. When this arrived it's a lot bigger then I thought but not too big. It's light weight and I put it together, very easy. It also came with an umbrella which I will use in the summer outside. I set it in my living room so my grandkids on both sides of the table could watch a movie and eat. The best part of this product is the easy folding and I just slide it behind my couch. I highly recommend this product!!

We ordered this one after returning another table that was $10 cheaper and very wobbly. This one is perfect! It works great for my kids ages 8, 6, 4, and 1. It is great for coloring, eating, play doh, and the umbrella is really nice. 2 kids fit comfortably on each side, though 3 could fit if necessary. It's low enough that I don't worry about my 1-yr-old falling off, but big enough to fit my 8-yr-old just fine. It's sturdy, and the seats are not sagging at this point, anyway. This one's going outside--I'm almost tempted to get another one to keep indoors!
