Customer Review: Disappointed and confused

I purchased this theater for my 3 young daughters, ages 5 1/2 yrs, 4 yrs, and 23 months, based on the high reviews. I questioned the cost of it (I paid $169+S&H on the Lisa LeLeu website), but thought it had to be a high quality product given the price and reviews. I was extremely disappointed when I took it out of the box. I thought the material would be more durable and better quality. The accessories (microphone, puppets, popcorn bag, tickets) are junk and can easible be destroyed in a day's time. There is already a hole in the material for the stage and it's only been up for 3 days. The flashing light sign and signs for the various shows are cool, the stage is big enough to accomodate 3-4 children comfortably, and is overall, very versatile from an imagination standpoint. But the cost is not justified. I would pay $50-75 tops for this product. I have already left and sent a message to the manufacturer requesting a refund.Customer Review: Awesome!

My 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter and their friends have been delighted by this colorful and sturdy puppet theater. It has ample space to hide a couple of puppeteers and a curtain to add to the drama. My only complaint relates to its size 60" by 60" by 40" (just what my kids love!, it is sooo big. Unlike other similar puppet theaters, this does fold up, and could be store in the original box. They even have loop at the bottom corner of the playhouse to secure it when played outside! I love the light up marquee!

Easy to put together and very well made. My son was very happy that Granny gave this nice stage to play the "super star" for his birthday!
But we would not expect anything less from Lisa Leleu Studios! I also purchased the puppet show books playset and they are awesome as well : )

I am so pleased with this product. The art and detail is really nice. I wanted something that could be a puppet theatre but also have curtains for dress up shows and such so it could do "double duty." It does that and more! One side of it has a "dressing area" with a mirror! I have two young girls and this is a huge hit for them and all of their friends. And you can put it away like a tent when you need to, which was important to me too.
UPDATE: I thought I was missing a part from my product and the seller promptly found one and was ready to send it even though it turned out to be my fault (I had just missed seeing the part). Great customer service!

Anytime I find a great product (shoes, car seat, stroller, toy) I have to tell everyone about it. I am sure you know what I mean when I say there is so much JUNK out there that finidng something that is good quality AND that your kids love is almost impossible. Well- this product is one of those that I am telling everyone about. I bought it for my 3 year old son because he loves dressing up (Doctor, policeman, firefighter) and this theater has been the all time favorite at our playdates. Every child that has been to our house has absolutely LOVED it!!! A nice surprise was that it was actually easy to fold up and store too:)Customer Review: Excellent play value!

Purchased a "Super Star Theater" for my niece and nephews. Has excellent play value! I like that each side of the tent presents a different aspect of a theater (one side is the stage, one side is a ticket window, one side is a refreshment stand, one side is a back stage dressing room). My younger nephews like to "sell" tickets and candy, and play with the included puppets. My older niece likes to perform karaoke for her friends. My sister-in-law likes that it keeps the kids (including the neighbor's) occupied for hours, and not in front of a video game! Beautiful graphics. My niece is practicing to be the next American Idol!
