Toys and Games Reviews of LEGO Bionicle Makuta (8593)Customer Review: WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE EVIL??!!! Summary: 5 Stars
dude... so much armor! It seems a little bulky for me, but the total body armor covering is a great idea. Too bad LEGO spent all its time on the defense aspect, when it could've developed something NEW for the weapon design. I'm talking about a completely new type of weapon. After all, Makuta is the ultimate villain. I think that many people were expecting something made specifically and exclusively for only the makuta set. But evil doesn't suit me so I might not get it.

Customer Review: Lego Bionicle 8593 Makuta review Summary: 5 Stars
This toy is amazing!... Bionicle has been out for a couple of years now, but until now no one has seen what Makuta really looks like. It has great articulation, with moving elbows, hands, arms, head, and legs. It has three spaces to put kraata, and its head and mask have two heads that you can switch between. It comes with the konohi mask of shadows and a double bladed scythe. Turn the knob on its back and it swings the scythe back and forth. Buy it!
Customer Review: Makuta, Master of Shadow but also of Fun Summary: 5 Stars
Yeah. It is an really cool toy. It really worth the 19.99$ can. The only problem i get with it is his arms. Their move get blocked by the toa nuva armor what give them an little reduction of their move capabilities. And their legs should have more articulation but i really like it. And i appreciate the double-look of his mask. (one look more warrior and the other give it an more Crown look.)
Customer Review: The enemy you always wanted Makuta Summary: 5 Stars
He is a great foe, now you could use him for Halloween, the Master of shadows. He seeks the "Mask of Light" cause he's afraid his spell on Mata Nui would fade. Since he's chest and legs can open you can attach three Kraata's in there. He carries the double bladed staff of shadows and wears the mask of shadows. enjoy this big, evil, and mean bully to your Bionicle collection.
Customer Review: Grandson loved the "antique" Makuta Summary: 4 Stars
My 11-year-old grandson wrote he was so happy to have the "antique" Makuta. They haven't been on sale in Hong Kong (where he lives), he said, since 2002! He was completely excited about the scythe of death or whatever that spear is. I would recommend it for someone who is interested in the collectibles.
