I bought these for my fiance for Christmas. He's 23 but LOVES legos. His only complaint was that there weren't enough of the longer yellow pieces. I guess you can't have it all, though. Overall a really good choice. We had lots of fun building with them. They're a good way to make you feel like a kid again.Customer Review: wonderful

I have a son heavily into legos. He wanted more basic pieces and I found this. This was definitely worth the money. Excellent collection to have. It came in a nice plastic bin with see through lid. This is a great set just to build your Lego collection. Most new sets are themed and require specific pieces to make specific models. But this set just has a whole lot of blocks, which allows children to be more creative. My children were thrilled to get it.Customer Review: Classic Legos

These are the legos of my day! They allow your imagination to build anything you desire, unlike "modern" legos where you build what the box teels you. No theme, no one type of toy, but this set allows a kid to build to his/her imagination. Enough said!
