My son who is 2 1/2 loves this cupcake set. He played with it in the kid's museum and then received it as a gift for going potty at school. He plays with the cupcakes everyday and puts them in and out of the oven. The bottoms are geometric shapes and the crescent constantly falls off but other than that they are fine. The entire set smells very plasticy though. Even after washing them the smell stays. There's nothing you can do about it. That's the only reason why they are four stars and not five.Customer Review: Great fun and educational too!

My 3 year old little boy loves cupcakes and when I found these, I had to buy them. He got them for his birthday and he forgot all his other presents for quite a while why he played with the cupcakes. Everyone at the party had to have one. He's still playing with them and has parties with his stuffed animals. It's very cute. He already knew his shapes, but it's fun to watch him take these apart and put them back together looking at the shapes. Great toy and I would recommend it.Customer Review: Fun that lasts!

Most recently I purchased this toy for my nearly 1 year old niece and she loves to chew them. I bought them as a toy that will grow with her and soon enough she'll be serving cupcakes to the whole family. Last year I gave the set to a 2 year old boy and I often see him playing with them when I visit. He enjoys matching the pieces together, baking them in his oven and then delivering them. This is a great toy that encompasses both dramatic play and pre-academic skills!Customer Review: Love it!

My mother in law bought this for our two year old daughter and she absolutely loves it! Although she has not fully had the opportunity to benefit from the educational aspect of the toy, my daughter loves to bring us cupcakes and take them apart, put them together and put them back in the tray. She always finds new ways to play with the cupcakes and they are one of her toys that she always goes back to. Great durable product with lots of value.Customer Review: Didn't expect its popularity

My daughter got them for her 2nd birthday and I would have returned them if I had been given the receipt just because they didnt' seem interesting to me. Luckily, I couldn't return them and as soon as my daughter started playing with them, she was hooked. Every kid that comes to my house likes them too. My daughter is 4 and still loves them. The only problem is the star shaped one doesn't stay together anymore. It's too loose.
