What a great product! We started out with the cheap $10 doctors kit.. but since my daughter was so into playing doctor, we decided to buy this kit for her for Christmas - she is 2.5 years old. She LOVES it!
She absolutely loves how the pager, phone and stethoscope make noises. I'm not to fond of the coughing coming out of the stethoscope, but she doesnt seem to mind (I think they could have just done the heart beat).
There are a lot of pieces to this doctors kit! They fit in the box (which has latches on it to keep it closed properly), and the quality is pretty good of the items.
Very good doctors kit for kids - highly recommend it. My daughter loves to play with it.. and we get examined a lot in this household :)

I know this toy seems like it's got too high a price tag, but it's actually worth it. My daughters have been playing with this doctor's kit for over three years. And I'm a purger - I ditch the toys that they don't enjoy really quickly. But this one keeps resurfacing as a favorite. You can find cheaper versions, but this one is the one you want. It's got enough equipment for two kids to share without arguing too much, it's the right combination of fantasy and reality and it's actually a great way to pass the time on a rainy day. Playing doctor with the dolls and stuffed animals, building a mini-clinic, checking mommy over for boo boos. Throw in a cheap box of bandaids and you're looking at at least two hours worth of entertainment every couple days.Customer Review: It's a hit!

My son started showing an intrest in creative play, so we purchased this dr's kit for his 2nd birthday. It was most certainly a hit! He loves to open and shut the kit, put on the glasses and name tag and play with all the instruments; using them on his dressing dog. It's precious to watch him open the dog's vest and use the stethoscope appropriately. The heartbeat/cough is the coolest feature in my opinion!
I also wanted to say that I attribute this set with a wonderful visit to our ped. I was so scared of how this 2 year old visit to the doc would go, but he was completely comfortable and even laughing throughout the visit. (yea!!!) I attribute it to his role-playing at home with this kit as all the instruments are life like.

The goal of this Christmas was getting interactive toys to facilitate our children playing with each other. We got this for our 3.5 yr old son. He is playing Doctor with his 16 mo sister and her dolls and all their stuffed animals. He was intrigued with the variety of tools in the kit. We got to explain what each tool is used for and under what kinds of circumstances. The pager is a bit annoying; but of course, that is the fun of it! The tools do just rattle around in the kit as the plastic insert that holds them for display is not durable long term nor functional for the kids to "click" things into it. But that is okay; as at least everything has a box to put it away in. Good fun is had by all - except for those who need "shots!" ;-)Customer Review: I like it

I was really excited to get this one because it had won an award and I wasn't thrilled with other items I saw online. I saw some other kits in the stores that looked OK, but was waiting for this one to arrive and didn't buy them. Overall, I think it is OK. It has some cute stuff in it, but we've got about 10 play phones and didn't need another one. The stethoscope and blood pressure cuff are not as cool as I expected. The stethoscope alternates between a heartbeat sound and a coughing sound--confusing for my 2 1/2 year old and she's not able to squeeze the blood pressure cuff hard enough to get it to spin. To do again I would look around and see exactly what the kits contain before just purchasing this one right off the bat.
