A little smaller than adult size brain. Passed it around my classroom and it made the kids realize how small their brains are and yet how powerful they are. I bought this for a high school classroom but ended up not using it. First, other than the outside it didn't have any texture. Second, it wasn't very interesting for the students to look at. I think this is best used for younger students or as a display.Customer Review: Soft brain

This brain does not show the central lobes of the brain. Not sure why. It is adequate but if you need something more acurate, try something else. This is fine for young children or if it needs to be handled by a lot of people.
