Customer Review: Kind of boring. Our 1-year old was not impressed.

Our 1-year old son received two toy ride-on tractors for Christmas - one John Deer and one Winnie the Pooh. The idea of both are identical - you can ride them, walk behind them or play with the sounds of animals. This tractor did not appeal to our little boy at all - he attempted to get on it, then took a couple of animals and played with them separately for a couple of minutes. The Winnie the Pooh tractor has 6 animal sound buttons, 6 vegetable names sound buttons, as well as navigation buttons, like turn signals, ignition key, speed changer, horn and others. It entertains our little boy for hours - he climbs all over it, presses all the buttons and dances to the music. We were so disappointed with John Deer as we really wanted to keep it as opposed to the non-boyish Winnie the Pooh one, but experience proved different.
Plus the inserts for the animals on the John Deer tractor were really hard to operate - it was difficult for us to place them in the inserts to make the sounds - talk about a 1-year old trying it.
The ignition sound was terrible too - again, comparing it to the other tractor, which actually sounded like a tractor (big plus for Daddy).

Our son is now 3 and he still plays with the Winnie the Pooh tractor and never even touched the John Deere one.
