Customer Review: It's okay, but could be much better

The case is a great idea, it just wasn't made very well & especially so for little kids.
As mentioned by other reviewers, it will hold about 6 books and there is a space for the Tag reader pen, but it isn't held in until you shut the lid.
In order to shut the case it must be on a flat surface with the books and reader pen aligned perfectly into their designated spaces. Once closed, you need to secure two clips from the front of the case onto the back.
Unfortunately, aligning the case to shut properly can be difficult for little kids, as well as getting the clips to secure. I wish this would have been better designed with little kids in mind. I can just imagine the ongoing frustration that may occur for our kindergartner as she tries to close the case. Plus, there is the pinch factor - it is very easy for little fingers to get pinched in the case as they attempt to close it.
There aren't any other options, really, if you want a case for your Tag books and reader pen that secures them tightly. Because of that we will stick with it - perhaps only using the case when we take the tag with us on trips. But once something better comes out I will be first in line to get it.
