My daughter is 6 years old and finds this game to be very fun. She was able to figure out how to play it fairly quickly. I'm not sure how educational it is in terms of math or reading but she does enjoy "taking care of" the dogs on there and giving them names.Customer Review: My son LOVES this game

My 5 yr old son just loves this game. He's got the Spongebob and the Write and draw, but this is his favorite. He hasn't stopped playing it in weeks. The educational value may go up when he does the other levels. He has alot of fun taking care of his puppy.Customer Review: Cute & Fun!

All of the Leapster games are great but this one is nice and light hearted, while still educational! Very cute & fun, relaxing for my 3 year old to play, he's very competative and this is a nice game to kind of bring his emotions back to normal!Customer Review: Fun for boys!

My 4 year old tries to play his older brother's Nintendo Dogs game, but it is too difficult for him. This leapster game is the perfect alternative! He loves taking care of dogs and earning money to buy his pet a toy of new outfit. Very cute!Customer Review: The best and favorite game so far

Out of 6 games this is my boys favorite game. They are 4 & 5 years old. I think it is a great game also. It teaches many different things. The only down side, is how long it takes to give the puppy a bath. Seems like forever.
