Our daughter, almost 4, received Pet Pals as gift. She and her brother have several other cartridges but this is perhaps the best so far. She has a lot of fun with it. Pet Pals is also very intuitive and gives very good prompts. I highly recommend this as a nice addition to a small child's leapster collection.Customer Review: Very educational

I bought this one for my 4 year old grandaughter. She was writing her name but needed alot of practise and this game gave her a really fun way to practise her letters. We really had to work hard to get her to practise before this game but now she is wanting to write letters to Santa Claus. I'm very pleased.Customer Review: Fun game by leapfrog

I bought this game for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. She will play for hours at a time. she seems to like that it allows her to make different choices for her "pet" each time so it is not always repetive. Overal it is lots of fun, but less educational than some of the other leapster games.Customer Review: My 3 kids love it

All three of my kids have loved this game for Leapster. It is fairly easy to learn to use and they never seem to get tired of it! It doesn't work as well on our 1 older leapster. The pen action doesn't seem to be accurate enough for this game but it works great with our newer Leapster model.Customer Review: My daughter really enjoys it!

My 4 year old daughter loves animals, so when we decided to get her a Leapster for Christmas, we knew this would be the perfect first cartridge. She loves dressing the puppies up and taking them for their walks. I haven't played it much, but what I did play was educational and fun, too.
