Customer Review: My 5 y.o. favorite game

I really debated about this one b/c my 5 y.o. daughter is not really into Dora anymore, but I hoped my almost 3 y.o. would grow into it. Well, I've been pleasantly surprised. Out of the 3 games I purchased-Princess, Kindergarten, & Dora Wildlife Rescue this is her favorite. It holds her interest far longer than any of the other games. It sounds just like the videos and she even giggles along with it. It has several levels so she can go up as she masters one level. I have not personally played this one yet b/c she figured it out on her own before I could even read the manual. Love the Leapster!!Customer Review: Excellent purchase!!!

I was initially uncertain that this would be suitable as my daughter was not quite there at the time of purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong. She loved it and got so much out of it. The fun and educational value are mind-blowing. I also bought the Princess cartridge but have found that although she LOVES the Disney Princesses, the games are too advanced for her. From my own point of view, I also found the Princess games rather dull. By contrast, this Dora one is brilliant on so many levels.Customer Review: Cute Game

This was the second of two games I purchased from ToysRUs buy one get one free after Christmas sale. (I think $29.99 is a bit much for games for this toy, but the sale price was well worth it!) Honestly, I would not have paid full price for this game, it has several cute stories that teach early math and reading skills as well as introductory Spanish. My son is 5, he enjoys this game but would pick up Counting on 0, and Mr. Pencil and Spiderman before the Dora cartridge!

I bought this for my seven year old granddaughter. She loves the games.I bought the Leapster about three years ago. Her mother had put it away. One day, my granddaughter was wishing she had a leapster game, because she played it in school and loved it so much. Well, to my granddaughter's surprise, her mother pulled it out for her to play. The games were too easy, so I bought these games which were much more challenging.Customer Review: Great for the little ones

My daughter loves this. She is almost 4 and had gotten it for Christmas. She was not into video games before. We brought it along to an appointment where knew we would be waiting awhile and I showed her how to play some of the games and by the end of the visit - she loved it and always wants to play dora now. She's learning letters, numbers and shapes while she is playing. Each game has 3 levels of play.
