Customer Review: Cheaper additions

OK so not really cheap but better than the 20+ price tags for an unused game. I decided to give this a try after the free one that comes with the leapster in order to add books and videos, the reviews/trailers made me not want to try the games at all just yet. We have the cat book, a sing a long book, and the math circus. My 5 y/o only read the cat book a few times since we got the explorer but the two others she has been playing with all day. She really loves the sing a long book and I am glad for it, it helps her to see and hear the relationship between small rhyming words and it sounds the words out with great animation and neat little songs. Some of these short sentences make no sense to me but she loves it and she seems to be learning from it, had to also teach her how to rewind it because she likes to go back. I havent watched much of the math one but she liked it and it also had neat little songs that she quickly picked up on, its supposed to teach addition and subtraction. Didnt think theyd come in the same case as the game, which already seems a bit big for the game but I just see them as extra cases to have in case one gets lost(hopefully without the game)/damaged. Also I wish these were available for instant download, I think they are on the leapfrog website but it costs a lot more. I would rather be able to just go to the leap thing app we had to download and click what I want and buy it instantly. I wish they had some that were like half a leaplet lol this thing is getting expensive. I like being able to buy books for it wish they had a better selection though
