I bought this toy for my 1 year old daughter and 1 year old neice for Christmas and the both love it! The music is fun and easy to "dance" too. The animal peices are perfect size for little hands and are designed very cute. My daughter plays with it everyday. It's the first thing she does when we walk in the house! Everyone loves the phrases it says back when my daughter matches the 2 animals peices together, but the cutest phrases are when she matches the peices incorrectly, it's great. The magnatic force is very strong, the toy never falls of the fridge, something I had concern about when I purchased it. I would highly recomned this toy to any parent wanting a fun learning toy.Customer Review: another great leapfrog product

i bought this for my daughter when she was a little over two. she always wanted to play with the fridge magnets while in the kitchen and ended up braking a couple. so i thought i'll get her her own magnets. we all love this toy. it is so much fun. teaches facts about animals when two matching pieces are put together and when two non-matching pieces are but together i laughs and call the anime for example a cow-duck. our younger one who is now 10 months old also enjoys this game. the pieces are very light weight and stick eaisly to the fridge. definitely a must have if your looking for something fun for your little one in a place where there usually aren't any toys around.Customer Review: A great toy - I wish it had more pieces, but my child loves it.

As my son has grown he's switched from playing with the animal pieces to playing the farm/country song button. These are songs that should be familiar to anyone. It's nice for him to have some music on demand. But when he was playing with the animal magnets, I found myself thinking it would have been better with 1) more animals and 2) better/more accurate coloring of those animals.
I like that it has positive reinforcement when a match is made and even when one is not (kids love coming up with goofy matches). The volume switch is handy as kids toys are always way too loud.
The magnets are strong and it will provide a lot of fun for your child.

My 17 month old got this for his first birthday and has loved it before we even managed to get it out of the package. He does periodically get scared of some of the sounds but that has been a phase he's been going through with animal sounds since his birthday and not just this toy. When he is afraid of a certain sound for awhile, we just put that animal up higher on the fridge until he gets over it.
He likes being able to mix up the animal parts and make it make different sounds and likes the songs it plays. He also just likes to play with the magnets themselves. It is a good toy to occupy a little one while they're keeping mom or dad company in the kitchen.

The LeapFrog Fridge Farm Magnetic Animal Set is being used daily by my little grandson, not quite two years old. He is supervised by his parents, but he loves playing with the toy on the fridge. His mother claims that when he comes in the door from daycare, or from a shopping trip or walk to the park, he goes directly to the fridge to play, and will stay there for some time moving the animals around and "talking" to them. It was a big "hit" for this year's Christmas to him.
The only thing that I would have liked is to be able to see the whole set before purchase, but that was just curiosity on my part. That Quinn loves it is the main thing! :)
