My 19-mth old son received this as a gift for Xmas. At first sight, he loved it. He could hardly wait for me to get it out of the box. But after 10 mins of play, he tossed it to the side & hasn't touched it since! I've tried to play with it in front of him to get his attention, but it didn't work. I'm really disappointed, b/c he loves the other products (Fridge Animals & Fridge Alphabet) & was excited about it from the reviews.
If you want to get this toy for your child, I'd definately check it out at the store or play with someone else's first.

Once again, I am pleased with quality of a Leap Frog product. In addition to being mounted on the refrigerator, this radio can also be carried around like a little boom box. It's great for car rides or just playing around the house. My 23-month-old son received this radio for Christmas and he absolutely adores it. He is able to recognize his letters, so the digital display of the letters adds to his excitement about the product. The toy is durable and can withstand the throwing and jumping of a two year old boy. Keep up the good work.Customer Review: LOVE LOVE THIS TOY!!

Big thumbs up for the Fridge DJ. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they both really love this toy. It has so many cute & catchy songs and activities. They both have all the songs memorized. Really educational, it shows the letters as it sings them. It also has a volume control, so it's not too loud. Very durable, we bought ours over a year ago and it's still working great, and the way my kids slam and throw everything around, that's no small victory! Can't say enough about this toy. My son got this as a gift for his first birthday and he loves it! Not only is this toy educational, but it is indestructable as well. My son pulls this toy off the fridge and throws it as far as he can (on our tile floor) and it still works as good as new. I would recommend this toy to anyone that has a child that is "hard on toys". I even catch my five year old daughter playing with it and singing the songs. This is a terrific addition to our collection of LeapFrog and other magnets on the fridge. I bought this as a gift for my daughter's first birthday and she just loves it. She carries it around dancing and grooving to the songs, kinda like a mini boom box ... It's easy enough for the littlest fingers to handle and they really have a sense of accomplishment when they can get the songs to change with the push of a button or the turn of a dial. As a bonus, my 3 year old is learning his alphabet.
