If your (grand)children love horses, this is a game of monopoly that will hold their interest and teach them principles of money, finance and debt similar to the traditional monopoly game. The only shortcoming is a lack of "bales of hay" for your farms, but the manufacturer will happily send more on request at their expense. Great for horse lovers, both those with a lot of knowledge and those wishing to learn. Has provided hours of fun for two of my grandchildren. I have enjoyed sharing the fun with them. Bought this game for my daughter who is into horses last Christmas. She loves it and plays it often. It's a great novelty addition to the traditional look of the game. The horse theme gets her interested in something other then video games too. Great gift! We bought this for our 7 year old daughter & she absolutely loves it!! She loves the horses & trying to "buy" her favorites. I love playing it with her. I also like the added benefit of her having to count money & make the tough decisions on whether she has enough money to buy a horse or having to wait. My 7 year old granddaughter loves this game. Her mom rides horses so she is around the stables a great deal. They have been traveling a lot across the country and take the game with them on their travels. Really happy to see the moving pieces are back in metal form. A fun game that the whole family is enjoying.
