Customer Review: A fun project, but definitely not a toy to be played with

I bought the Millennium Falcon as a father/son bonding toy. My five year old son and I put it together over the course of a few evenings and on a Sunday. It was fun to put it together and it is loaded with details (i.e. the escape pod, engine room, ramp, and tools). It was exciting to put it together, but is not the most durable and could come apart without supporting the bottom of the ship. The only problem I had with it was putting on the two outside triangles on the front of the ship. Otherwise everything fit well, and the instructions were very detailed and thorough. I would recommend this toy, but would advise using it more for display or if you are going to play with it, place it on the ground first.Customer Review: Cool Ship, But LEGO should have planned better.

I was very excited when I got this in the mail. It took me 4 hrs (with breaks) to completely build. Then when I finished, it. I noticed that the base floors are very weak. They are made of 7 big flat pieces and held together by thick bricks. When building the sides (where the pod and platform that doesn't work) and the center, you notice the weakness. What I suggest is buying one of the Creator sets and using all of the thick bricks to sturdy the bottom. Do this before you build the top because otherwise it all falls apart and becomes a huge pain in the butt. Other than that, this set is great. The only other thing I dont like is that they have Han and Leia in the skin tone colors.Customer Review: The Lego's are great, but poor model design

What isn't to love about Star Wars and Lego's together. Unfortunately, this set just wasn't well thought through. It is an extreemly touchy model suited more to display on a shelf (where it looks great) than play on the floor. The drivers side pod pops off often (say that 10 times fast), the entry hatch breaks, the lid pieces don't stay in place, etc. In comparrison to the X-wing, which has stayed together for weeks, the Falcon was apart after the second day.
The pieces that you get are awesome so I would definately purchase it again, but I doubt that it will ever be re-assembled into the Millenium Falcon.

I am a 7-year-old. I love legos and I love Star Wars and I was really excited about this. But then when I was done, it was very very weak. So I put it on my mom's shelf and every time I picked it up it got weak again. So we took it all apart and built it again, but that time I ended up screaming and crying because part of the bottom wasn't strong enough and the front things began to break apart, so it cracked in half and I gave up. But I'm going to try to build it again because I want to glue it.Customer Review: Fun if its Stable

Well at first when I finished this lego as soon as I picked it up
it broke. I build it again it broke. I rebuild it and I left it on the chair. Someone sat on it. I didn't build it again and left it alone for a long time. In that time it haunted me so I put it under the bed. I saw another lego I wanted and I decided to fix this lego before I orded it. it never broke again. It comes with Han Solo, Princess Liea, Chewy, and C3PO. It also comes with a snowtrooper with a tripod gun
