Intricate design and 2056 pieces might intimidate some, but this toy is rewarding, fun, and beautiful with an oh-so-much attention to detail. My 9-year-old lego lover son picked it for his birthday and we had a great time building the Cafe Corner. I did not need to help him all that much - you really don't need to be 16 to be able to put it together, but I could not resist... Highly recommended!Customer Review: Lego Make & Create Cafe Corner

Product is fine but it came from Amazon in a damaged box. The shipping box that contained Lego set was in perfect shape. The Lebo box would be used to store parts if in good shape. When I called to ask why a damaged package was shipped I was told that this was the last one and that I could return damaged package. I don't think this was very good Customer Service by Amazon.Customer Review: Another well designed Lego product!

My only negative comment on this model is that I would have liked to seen two or so more mini-figures added.
I like the fact that Lego did not create an interior and allows the model builder to take that liberty! This gives one a chance to truely make this model their own!
I hope Lego adds more to this line of models.

I have been collecting and building Lego sets for years, and this set and series is quite frankly the best they have ever put out.
The details and intricacy that goes along with this set is amazing, and the interlocking of this set with other sets from the series makes it a must have for a street side representation.

Lego has created at least four modular kits that fit together when completed to form a city block: the market street, the cafe corner, the firehouse and the green grocer. The grandkids are enjoying building the kits and seeing all the unique pieces Lego has devised for the kits. It's been challenging and fun for them.
