It's Legos! Everybody loves Legos. It doesnt break. It last forever. My 4 and 6 years old boys love them. I need to supervise those tiny pieces to make sure they put those tiny pieces back in the tub or they will be lost in the house! They lost two tiny pieces before and I found them about three or four days later in the washing machine after the laundry was done! (it was in their pocket or something, ha!)Customer Review: Deceiving picture

Lego building bricks are great. I had them when I was a kid and gave my saved sets to my sons. Now they are hooked on them. Legos amuse them for days at a time.
My complaint is with one of the pictures used in the description of this particular set. The one of the farmhouse being attacked by a UFO is very deceiving. None of the bricks in that picture come in this kit and it shouldn't be used here.

Couldn't be happier. My 4yr old loves playing with his legos at school and this is his first at-home starter set. It's been over 2mos now and the interest has not waned; the first thing he wants to do when he wakes up is build; last thought before going to sleep is what he built that day. This was a great starter set and it's been really hard for us not to keep adding to his ever growing collection.Customer Review: Enduring

My son received this and 2 of the Star Wars Lego sets for Xmas. The Star Wars stuff is cool, but it is what it is. This basic kit allows him to use his imagination and build whatever he wants, even adding to the Star Wars pieces. I think this will hold his interest longer than the Star Wars kits.
I like the fact that there is room in the box to store his other Lego pieces.

I was very excited to get these Legos for my 3-year-old daughter, as I grew up with them myself.
They are perfect, but 2 things:
1. Even though it's 405 pieces, it's not enough to really build a good castle.
2. Also, they can be found cheaper at other stores than what's here. I'm sure the price was just raised for the Holidays. Gotta love consumerism!
