Of all the Lego Star Wars sets I own, this is the best by far.
Pros,
I love how the landing gear come down and the wings go up in synchronized motion. Very fun set to play with, semi-challenging to build.
Cons,
The wing-mounted missile launchers don't shoot very far. It's a bit pricey for what you get.
All in all, I think this set is worth $45, not $55. But still a must have for all LEGO Star Wars fans!

My son and I had a lot of fun building this toy. He loves building with Lego's. While this one was a little more challenging, when you are done, it is worth the extra effort. It has gears so the wings fold up and down with the center piece when it goes up or down. The only reason I gave it 3 stars for durability is because it is a Lego set, so you do have to be more careful with it. I feel that it was well worth the cost. My Godson loves Lego's and especially Lego Star Wars. I bought this for his birthday and every kid at the party was enraptured by this toy. My Godson loves the instructions (pictures only, no dialogue) and spends hours each time building them. I need to buy or build him a show case to display them in because he they always end up getting broken or torn apart by the dog or younger siblings. I got this set with my christmas money. When I started building the wing I realized that the entire model was put toghether backwards. This product was bigger than I thought, it was a little exspensive, but it was a good set. The clone pilot was pretty sweet. Here's some advice: if it makes a big clicking sound you'll have to repair it. Over all it was an excellent set I would recommend it to everyone.Customer Review: For the love of legos

LEGO Star Wars V-19 Torrent
As we move to more complicated lego sets they are truly a labor of love. To be fair our son is six - so a bit younger than recommended age. We found the set was missing some pieces - thus a bit of McGeyering was in order. Get zen - relax and get building.
