If you like the Lego build it yourself games, this one is a keeper. The directions are easy to follow, walking the child step by step as they set up the gameboard. This one is more like an extended version of tick-tack-toe, with enough variety to keep the older kids entertained. The legos are a standard size, so the pieces can be used with an existing collection if you wish, although we tend to keep each game stored in the original box. As the game encourages kids to design their own version, I think there's a lot of variability to keep interest fresh as the child ages. Would definitely buy again.
