Customer Review: A Must-Have set for the Lego Indy fan!

This is personally one of my favorite scenes in the movie - when they're running from the Russians again and Indy's dad is in the sidecar of the motorcycle. The two of them together is so hysterical that we just laughed our heads off when we saw this set. This was our first of many Indy Lego sets and boy, is it ever cute! The book that Indy's dad entered all of his research regarding the Holy Grail is even here, complete with Indy's whip, the wheels that really work on the bike and cart, and the bad guys. I'm so very glad that Lego picked up this series - the movies are a national icon and these sets are a fitting way to continue the Indy tradition. Grab this set while you can - it's gone from Lego. this set is O.K. it could have been better. did any of you encounter a missing peice? i did. it was pretty fun. use the extra gun as a prop to hold up the motorcycle. here the cons. and pros.

4. the guns (those are rare!)

1. a little to easy to build.
2. the stick thing on the gate breaks easly.
i would reccomend this to a young person.

Super cute Lego set! Easy to assemble for a seven-year-old and very authentic in appearance. My favorite part is Indy's whip! Super, super cute, has tiny little guns to ward off the Nazi chasing them, and the gate disassembles very easy so Indy can crash through it on his way back to Berlin to get his diary with the map in it back. Lego includes Dr. Jones Sr.'s diary with this set which isn't quite authentic (they didn't have it at this point, Elza did), but other than that, it's just a very cute set and is loved quite a bit in this house. Indy's dad: You CANNOT get him anywhere else. He is very detailed and comes with a LEGO map.
Guard: Comes with motorcycle. Has goggles, and a pistol.
I really liked this set. I recommend it to any LEGO or Indiana Jones.

This is a pretty neat Lego set mainly because of the motorcycles, which is probably the main focal point of the set. The sidecar is really cool, along with Dr. Henry Jones, Sr., who is one of my favorite characters of The Last Crusade. It is definatly one of the best Lego sets under $20 that I've ever bought. The storage crates come in handy when you've finished building the set because you can barely fit the extra pieces into them. On the whole, it's a great set, and I have no complaints about it.
