My son (who just turned 2) received this for Christmas. He also received a lot of other Thomas things. He enjoys playing with it very much - we obviously have to teach him how to connect the traks and build Knapford Station, Thomas, etc... It goes with his other Duplo blocks and another bonus is that his 5 year old sister also enjoys this toy. It doesn't have very many "Bells and whistles" which is why I didn't give it the 5 stars, but he still enjoys it very much.Customer Review: Cute set

This is a cute train set and my son likes putting the pieces together. My son just got this for his 2nd birthday and likes playing with it. At 2 though he doesn't quite have the skill yet to keep the train on the track all the time and gets frustrated by this. I think an older child would have better control, thus not an issue. He's able to put the track together so that is a plus.Customer Review: Love this toy

I purchased this Thomas Lego set for my four year old grandson, who is a Thomas the Train fanatic. He loves it and carries it with him everywhere he goes. It is easy for him to put together and discovering new ways to organize it is challanging for his mind. My two year old adores his set. The only thing that is strange is that Thomas lego has no eyebrows even though he does on the box. And I wish there were a few straight pieces to go with all the curved ones that came with it. This is a Lego-quality, Duplo-sized Thomas set. My only complaint is that the Thomas series has so many different "scales," none of which are compatible with each other. Thomas will work fine on his Duplo train track- nothing else. Other Thomas toys do not fit on the Duploe track (unless they are Duplo also.)
