I bought this set for my 2 1/2 year old who loves them! This is her first set but she caught on right away. They are very easy to put together and take apart. She especially loves the little kitty it came with. She has been playing with the set for at least an hour every day, and she's one who loses interest pretty quickly. Not this time!
There aren't too many blocks so they end up all over the house and under your feet, but just enough to keep your toddler happy and inspire creativity. Highly recommended!

I got this for my nephew's second birthday. He absolutely loves it! He's starting to learn how to build, which is a great start towards other very important skills. I think this toy is awesome because it doesn't have small pieces for choking hazards, and it's made of very durable plastic. Easy to clean up and put in the bin, store it by his toy box. Used to play with Legos as a kid and I'm glad the next generation in my family gets to experience the same fun I did. Very satisfied with the product!!Customer Review: Great fun, according to our son

Our 19-month old son loves this - his first LEGO set. Each day he plays with it, and he's learning eye-hand coordination putting the pieces together. The box it comes with is perfect too, as it stores the LEGO's and has more room for other small toys as well.
Other reviews complain it should have more pieces, and while I agree, our son does not. For him, this is the perfect toy.
And really, shouldn't the review be based mostly on what the child thinks?

I purchased this toy for my 3-year old daughter. She loves it, as does every child when they get their first set of Legos. I like these better than the small Legos, for the choking factor and the ease of putting together; plus they are less likely to get lost. I do, however, wish it came with more pieces - you can't really build any fantastic structures with just 30-pieces. But I will happily buy more, as Legos are timeless! (And did I mention easy to clean?)Customer Review: Awesome set! Ignore the age limit too!

We have several sets of these Duplos and they are still loved and played with by kids even when they get older. To be honest, they're wonderful to build huge towers with them, and the older kids also add the smaller legos for bridges, roads, etc. They're just great fun, will last a lifetime and the price here is great on them too. They're still loved in this house - highly recommend!
