My 14-month-old loves these Duplo blocks. Me too, for that matter. We can sit and build stuff for 30-40 minutes at a time, which is a remarkable feat of focus for him. The colors are great, the blocks are big enough to be safe and manageable in his little hands. I look forward to this being the starting point of a lifelong love of Legos for him (just like his papa!)Customer Review: toddler really likes these legos

decent amount of legos in the box, good sturdy box, comes with one car and one little person. Would be nice if it came with more people, but other than that it's great. our toddler is learning how to manipulate things now and just honing her fine motor skills, so these are helpful. I bought the world lego people to go with it and she loves them even more.Customer Review: Great if you just plain need more bricks.

Nothing special in this set, just lots of bricks. We bought two of these to add to our Duplo collection because we were always running out of bricks. This set seemed to offer the best number of bricks for the price. And the item count isn't "padded" with silly things that you don't need more of--like flowers and fences.Customer Review: Best Christmas gift

My 3 year old grand daughter received seveal gifts for Christmas. This is the only one she wanted to play with. She started building right away and didn't want to finish opening her other presents. They kept her busy for several hours through out the day. We like the fact that the blocks are bigger and easy for her to use.Customer Review: Expensive, but the children love it

We bought this set to augment our Deplo Ultimate (green bucket) set and it tops the set up perfectly - they were meant to go tother in the same bucket, I think. Now the bucket is full, our toddler's forts are that much larger, and hopefully we won't need to buy any more anytime in the near future!
