Customer Review: Great Toy Kitchen, a Little Frustrating

We got this kitchen for our 2 year old daughter after thoroughly researching products and reading tons of reviews. This was by far the favorite of many who had done the same. When I started putting this together, the 3rd piece did not mate properly with it adjoining piece. I found three pieces that were "machined" very poorly from the factory. We called the company, and they sent replacement pieces at no extra cost. The customer services was outstanding, just wish we didn't need to call them in the first place. The only other thing was that the refrigerator door rubs when you close it ... this is frustrating because this is one reason we didn't go with the Little Tykes kitchen (reviewers of those kitchens said the doors were very difficult for their little ones to open and close). All in all, it is a very attractive toy to have in the room, and our daughter love to use her own imagination to cook, us the microwave, put things in and out of the refrigerator/freezer.Customer Review: Great Quality, Great Fun, Great Buy!

This is a fantastic buy...your child will get your money's worth! My daughter's Aunt and Uncle bought this as a gift for her birthday. It has been the best gift she has ever gotten... she plays with it every single day...she never bores of it! As a former teacher, I know the value of pretend play...and this is a fantastic way to open the world of imagination.
The quality is great...and the company that makes it is fabulous to work with. When we got ours, it looked like it had been through a war zone...the package was all torn up. The kitchen itself was fine, but most all the hardware was missing. I called the manufacturer and they were so pleasant to deal with. I spoke with a real person, who basically made it as easy as pie, and within 2 days I had my parts.
Yes, it is a little tedious to put together...but it is worth it...I promise!

If you are like me and searching, and reading all the reviews on every kitchen you can find on the internet than you don't need to go any further. This is the best kitchen. I did so much research before buying that I was actually losing sleep over it. But it was all worth it because I found the BEST kitchen and at a great price for the quality. I have a 5 year old girl and 3 year old boy, it was a gift for both and they absolutely love it and play with it EVERY DAY. It is great to see them play nice together and prepare meals and wash dishes together, and yes it is just as good for the boys as it is for the girls (TO ALL YOU DAD'S OUT THERE THAT ARE AFRAID OF YOUR SONS PLAYING WITH KITCHENS) It is standing its ground very good I must say, my son has a tendency to break EVERYTHING in under 2 minutes. I am so happy with the quality of this kitchen, there is no way this was made in china!!!Customer Review: Great kitchen!

This is a fantastic product! The craftsmanship and workmanship are amazing. Assembly is required, but even though there were a lot of parts the directions were very clear and concise. Every part was clearly marked and excellently packaged so that there was no damage in shipping. During assembly every hole and joint matched up perfectly. In fact, we had a lot of fun assembling it! The design details and colors are very appealing. The attention to detail with the latches, handles, joints, reinforced hardware, and wood construction will mean the Kitchen will stand up to a lot of play time.
It seems many companies these days have sacrificed quality through shoddy workmanship and use of flimsy materials. This product goes against the trend to deliver very high quality. I'm impressed and have recommend the product to others.

I purchased the kitchen for the four year old girl I was adopting. The kitchen was delivered within a few short days of my order, which was faster than the date I was given. My friends set it up while I was away. When we entered my home we took my daughter to her new playroom and she began to gasp, then laughed and jumped up and down when she saw the kitchen. She immediately ran over and began to play with it. She is the size of a two year old and is able to reach every area of the kitchen. The colors are bright and there is plenty of room for storage. She has played with the kitchen everyday since we have arrived. I researched play kitchens for several weeks before purchasing and this kitchen is well worth the money. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a superior kitchen for a family member.
