We got this for our 3 year old for Christmas. It is now 4 months later and she still jumps on it EVERY day! This is honestly the best gift she has ever recieved and I am SO thankful that she has it. The handles keep ME sane and she jumps as high as she can, and I have never had a problem with her getting caught in the springs like other trampolines. I also like that the music doesnt turn on every time she jumps, only when she presses the buttons. I have NOTHING bad to say about this product! Putting it together wasnt super easy, but that seems like nothing compared to how awesome it is. Also, I was worried about how much room it would take up, but this is used so often I wouldnt want to put it away.Customer Review: Best purchase we ever made!

We bought this in 2005 for our almost 3-year-old and she has used it daily until this evening, when the 'bungee' finally snapped. Although we gave up on the electronic part of the toy after the first few months (the sensor loses tension with jumping and has to be constantly tightened), the design of the trampoline itself is outstanding. As other reviewers have noted, putting it together can be a challenge; once you get past that hurdle, it is nothing but a joy. Particularly for apartment-dwellers like us, this fantastic toy gave our child a reliable and safe outlet for her endless energy. Even when it broke, it maintained its integrity. My 3 yr. old daughter is in a "Totnastics" gymnastics class. One of the pieces of equipment they use is a full-sized trampoline and she LOVED it from the start of the class. She started bounching on everything in the house - her bed, our bed, the couch, the chairs etc... I found this as I was looking for a soloution for her jumping "problem", and my sister bought it for her 3rd b-day (July 1st). She has jumped on it every day and can't wait for someone to come over so she can show them how high she jumps. At first I was hesitant about the noises and music that it makes, but it is not as overwhelming as some of her other toys and my daughter loves to hear the voice count for her!

Our 20 month grandson is a high energy child. He took to the "Jump Start" immediately and loves it. He will receive MANY hours of enjoyment and it will be a good outlet for his extra energy.
Assembly ofthe unit was definitely a two person job, especially stretching and threading the elastic rope. The sound box was difficult for our grandson to activate while jumping. It may be because he is still too light yet (24 lbs), since no amount of adjusting was adequate to correct the situation.
In either case, the music box works well, he enjoys it, and the device makes enough noise.
Overall, this has been a terrific purchase,that is well suited for our grandson.
Customer Review: Great, bungee broke after 8 months

As many other people have reported, the bungee broke after awhile. My kids received this as a gift last Christmas, and the bungee broke in ~6 months.
It's too bad because the kids loved it. I'm glad noone was hurt when it broke. For the liability, you'd think the company would make sure these things are durable.
Worse, the company doesn't seem to exist. Impossible to contact them and I've only found 1 place online that sells a replacement bungee. Of course, I also expect that the replacement bungee won't last any longer than the original.
Great idea, poor durability, perhaps even dangerous if the bungee breaks at the wrong time..
