Customer Review: Great For Sensory Input

I bought this for my son who has Sensory Processing Disorder and needs a lot of sensory input (jumping, running, biking, swimming, etc). He is 50 lbs and 6 years old and he has been LOVING it. My 4 year old daughter loves it, too. I didn't find it too difficult to put together...I had to do it on my own, so it wasn't ideal, but it took me less than an hour. So far we've had no issues with the sensor...unfortunately for me, the sounds works just fine! I like the placement of the handles and the fact that it is larger than I expected (more jumping room). My kids like that it counts how many times they bounce and both of them love to hop on for a few bounces while they watch TV or when they need some activity. I got a really good deal on this and would say that it was well worth the money. I think it would be great for any kid age 2-8.
(The large size could be a con if you don't have the space for a large brightly colored trampoline, but it's worth it for us and blends right in with all of the other oversized colorful toys in our living room!)

This is a great trampoline. My son has been playing on it like mad since I FINALLY got it together. It seems like a durable toy and has a large jumping space. I really like the chunky handles-great for little hand and for kids with OT problems (weak hand muscles, etc). It is a superb toy at an excellent price and I would recommend it to any parent. It is low to the ground and quite safe. Don't let the tough assembly stop you from buying. It is well worth a little sweat!
I must say, though that you will spend a good amount of time getting it together. I have put quite a few things together in my time, but this job literally exhausted me! The instructions are not really good at all and you would be well advised to refrain from tightening the bolts until the frame is completely intact.
In addition, you will need 2 fairly strong folks to successfully get the bungee cord fit together.
Good luck keeping you kid off while you assemble too. My guy knew this toy was going to be a winner from the moment I got it started.

We picked this item for the Grandma to get and what a great idea we had! LOL My daughter absolutely loves this. She likes to watch TV and will jump while watching her favorite shows. My daughter is only 21 mos and younger than the "recommended" age bracket, but as soon as we got it together, she jumped on it like she had been doing it for years! The sound element is a bit loud for my liking, but it is cute and she enjoys it. I would recommend that 2 people put this together! Not a fun time! And do it when the kids aren't around so you can spread out! LOL
The only problem I had was with the shipping and that doesn't really have anything to do with the item. They sent it in the actual box that the trampoline comes in and it was torn up quite a bit. Everything was fine though, and no damage at all to the actual item.
A must have for any active toddler that loves to jump on the couch, bed, or chairs! We now point to the trampoline when she starts to jump on the furniture...and then she goes to it!

Customer Review: Wonderful but broke after 3 months!

My kids and their friends all adore this trampoline. It is great indoors for rainy days or evenings too. Santa brought it for Christmas this year and Mom and Dad put it together. It was a chalenging job but we did it together in about 45 min. I wouldn't want to do it myself because it is difficult to attach the elastic cord. Like the other reviews, you do have to make minor adjustment here and there but it's no biggie.
Our complaint is that the whole thing just broke! A friend was jumping on it who weighs 70lbs. and the elastic cord pulled apart and broke in the middle of her jump.
We are looking for the contact info for the company and hoping that they will replace the cord and maybe the mesh that the kids jump on. The riveted holes may be too sharp and caused the elastic cord to break?
I gave this product a 4 becasue over-all it is great and the kids love it.
I hope the Co. will replace the parts!

STOP!!! Before you buy!! Do you have 2-3 hours to put this thing together? Do you enjoy the sting of rope-burn? Can your dogs handle you cursing at them and yelling "GO AWAY??" Are you aware that this product was intentionally designed NOT to fit through doorways or down hall? If you want the custom look in your home that this product will give after the handles gouge themselves into your drywall and leave skidmarks on your paint when you try to move it (no matter how you angle it) - then go ahead and order one today! I think I'll need to back my car out of the garage and bring the thing in through the back yard so I can come in through the sliding glass doors - WHO DOES THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?? There is no way to fold and store the thing so when he's done with it, I think it will be "hammer time" around our house. They should have called this thing the "tramp-o-mean." My son will probabaly love it, and I don't think I will ever forgive him for it.
