Customer Review: Great Open-ended toy!

I bought two of these for my daughters (8 and 3) I meant to save them for Christmas but decided to let them have them early. First, I was worried that my older daughter would be too old for this toy but I figured that even if she was then her 3-year-old sister would just use it anyway. These are really pretty big. They are big enough for my average sized 8 (9 next month) year old daughter to sit in them and spin. When we first handed the bilibos to them my oldest daughter sat in it immediately and started rocking and swaying and said that she was in a boat in the ocean. My younger daughter sat in it and then decided that it should be used for her baby-doll. They have spent so much time with these and have used them as chairs to read stories together in, rocking "horses", boats, sit-and-spin style, helmets and baby beds. I am sure there are many other ways they have played with them when I am not looking. I have been looking for toys that don't just 'do' stuff and that have the ability to fit into their play (you can only have so many dolls and noise makersbefore they are all the same) and adapts to be whatever they want it to be. The bilibo has been a great toy!! It is very sturdy as well, I was a little worried about that because it is made out of plastic.
