In addition to all the other positive comments, what sets this toy apart is that my daughter is very interested in making things as well as my son. Most of the building toys appeal to the boys not the girls but this toy really works for both of them. I give this as a gift to every 3 year old I know..Customer Review: Kid K'Nex are the best!

These are perhaps the best toys ever built. My two Kid K'Nex sets keep my [...] and [...] occupied for hours, every day! They make, swords, ships, planes, monsters, spaceships, ...oh Yes and evil robots too! You name it they can make it - what a great outlet for their creativity!Customer Review: great building toy

the whole Kid K'nex sets are great! My 5 year old son loves building "machines" with these sets, he has been building with these for a couple of years and he still loves them...a must for any young builder!Customer Review: Great Toy!

My two grandsons (3 & 5) love this toy so much so that they've gotten add ons.
I did have an issue with a price discrepancy but Amazon recitified it immediately.
